Custom Printing Policy

Customers may upload supported 3D model files and provide material, colour, quantity and project requirements for review.

Submitting a custom-print request is not the same as placing a paid order.

POUR Prints reviews submitted files for printability, manufacturing requirements and quotation purposes.

A model may require changes, additional information or may be rejected if it cannot reasonably be manufactured using the available process.

A custom-print quotation may include printing/product value, delivery charges, applicable GST, estimated lead time and other relevant notes.

Quotes are valid only for the period displayed with the quotation. An expired quote may require a new review or revised price.

The customer should review the quoted amount, material, colour, quantity, lead time and notes before accepting.

Once accepted and converted into an order, the custom-print job uses the normal order, payment, fulfilment, shipping and invoice workflow.

Custom-print orders currently require online payment. Production may begin only after the applicable order and payment are successfully confirmed.

The customer retains their rights in the uploaded model. By submitting a file, the customer confirms that they own the necessary rights or have permission to reproduce the model.

POUR Prints may refuse files that appear to violate intellectual-property rights, law, safety requirements or these terms.

3D printing is a layer-based manufacturing process. Depending on geometry, orientation and material, finished parts may contain visible layer lines, support-contact marks, seams and small dimensional variations.

Where exact engineering tolerances, fit or functional requirements are important, the customer should clearly state those requirements before accepting the quote.

POUR Prints manufactures from the model and specifications supplied or approved by the customer. Unless separately agreed, POUR Prints is not responsible for design defects inherent in a customer-supplied model.

Because custom-print products are manufactured specifically for the customer, change-of-mind cancellation and returns may be restricted after production begins.

This does not prevent review of genuine manufacturing defects, shipping damage or a product that materially differs from the confirmed order.

Uploaded design files are handled as private customer files and are used for the custom-print workflow. Access may be provided only where reasonably required to review or fulfil the requested service.
