POUR Prints is a 3D printing business operated by GOUTHAM SAHU from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you browse our website, create an account, place an order or submit a custom-print request.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information reasonably required to provide our services, process orders, communicate with customers and comply with applicable business and tax requirements.
- Account information such as your name, email address and phone number.
- Delivery information such as recipient name, address, city, state and PIN code.
- Order information including products, customizations, quantities, prices and order history.
- Custom-print information including uploaded 3D model files, printing requirements, material, colour and quantity.
- Payment-related references such as payment status, payment provider transaction IDs and refund information.

3. Payment information
Online payments are processed through Razorpay. POUR Prints does not directly store your card number, UPI PIN, net-banking password or other banking credentials.
We may store payment references, transaction IDs, payment status and related information required to match a payment with an order, process refunds and maintain accounting records.
4. Custom-print files
3D model files submitted for custom printing are used for reviewing your request, preparing a quotation and manufacturing the requested product.
We do not sell uploaded model files or intentionally reuse them for unrelated customer orders without the rights holder's permission.

6. Service providers
We use third-party service providers where necessary to operate the store. Information is shared only to the extent reasonably required for the relevant service.
- Supabase for authentication, database and related backend services.
- Razorpay for online payment processing and applicable refunds.
- Shiprocket and its courier partners for shipment, tracking, delivery and approved return pickups.
- Hosting, email or other infrastructure providers that may be introduced for operating the production website.
7. Data security
We use account authentication, database access controls, restricted storage and other technical measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to customer information.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should also protect their login credentials and notify us if they suspect unauthorized account access.
8. Data retention
Order, invoice, payment and tax information may be retained for the period required for accounting, GST, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations.
Other information may be removed when it is no longer reasonably required to provide the service, subject to backup, security and legal requirements.
