How POUR Prints prepares, dispatches and tracks customer orders.

POUR Prints

Last updated: 13 September 2026

1. Order preparation

Most POUR Prints products are manufactured or prepared before dispatch. Printing and production time is separate from courier transit time.

The order page displays progress as the order moves through production, quality checking, packing and shipping.

2. Estimated delivery

The website generally estimates delivery in approximately 3–7 working days after printing or production is complete. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Remote locations, courier capacity, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may increase delivery time.

3. Shipping charges

Applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout or included in a custom-print quotation before payment or order confirmation.

4. Courier partner

POUR Prints uses Shiprocket and available courier partners for supported deliveries. Courier selection may depend on delivery PIN code, package size, weight, serviceability, cost and expected performance.

5. Shipment tracking

Once an order is handed to the courier, shipment and tracking information may be made available through your POUR Prints order page as logistics updates are received.

6. Cash on Delivery

COD is available only for eligible orders and locations. The amount due should be paid to the authorized courier at delivery using the payment methods supported by that courier.

7. Delivery attempts and NDR

If a delivery attempt cannot be completed, the courier may create a Non-Delivery Report (NDR). Additional delivery attempts may be made depending on courier policy and the information provided by the customer.

Customers should respond promptly to courier calls or delivery instructions where required.

8. Return to Origin (RTO)

If delivery repeatedly fails, the customer refuses the parcel, the address is incorrect or the shipment otherwise cannot be delivered, the courier may return the parcel to POUR Prints as Return to Origin (RTO).

Where an RTO occurs, POUR Prints may contact the customer to determine whether the order should be reshipped, cancelled or otherwise resolved. Additional shipping charges may apply to a requested reshipment.

9. Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for checking the delivery name, phone number, address and PIN code before placing an order. Address changes cannot always be made after courier booking or dispatch.

10. Damaged delivery

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, retain the packaging and take clear photographs or video where possible. Submit a return/support request promptly so that the issue can be reviewed.
