The terms that apply when you use POUR Prints, place an order or request custom 3D printing.

1. Acceptance of terms
By using the POUR Prints website, creating an account, submitting a custom-print request or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced on this website.
2. Business information
POUR Prints is the trade name used by GOUTHAM SAHU, a proprietorship operating from Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
GSTIN: 36SZUPS2312L1ZB.
3. products and 3D printing
3D printed products may show normal manufacturing characteristics such as visible layer lines, small surface variations or minor colour differences between material batches.
Product dimensions, specifications and images are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor manufacturing variation that does not materially affect the intended use is not automatically considered a defect.
4. Pricing and GST
Prices displayed at checkout are calculated using the product, customization, shipping and applicable GST information available at the time the order is placed.
The final amount shown before order confirmation is the amount payable for that transaction, subject to correction where an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.
5. Payments
Where available, customers may pay online through supported Razorpay payment methods or use Cash on Delivery for eligible orders.
An online order is treated as paid only after payment is successfully confirmed. A COD order is treated as paid when delivery and COD collection are confirmed through the logistics workflow.
6. Order acceptance
Receiving an order request does not require POUR Prints to fulfil an order that cannot legally or technically be produced, contains an obvious pricing error, violates these terms or cannot be serviced.
If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate refund will be initiated using the applicable payment or reimbursement process.
7. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate account, phone and delivery information.
- Ensure somebody is reasonably available to receive courier deliveries.
- Use the website only for lawful purposes.
- Do not upload malicious files or attempt unauthorized access to the website.
- For custom printing, submit only files that you have the legal right to reproduce.
8. Intellectual property
POUR Prints branding, original website content and original designs created by POUR Prints remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Submitting a file for printing does not transfer ownership of that file to POUR Prints. The customer represents that they have the necessary rights or permission to have the submitted model manufactured.
9. Prohibited custom-print requests
POUR Prints may refuse a custom-print request that appears unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, infringing, technically unsuitable or otherwise inappropriate for production.
10. Shipping, cancellation and returns
Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds are also governed by the separate policies available through this website. Those policies form part of these Terms & Conditions.
11. Website availability
We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical updates or service-provider interruptions.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated when our website or business processes change. The latest version will be displayed here with the applicable last-updated date.
